But today that number is 2 million and ten years from now it will be over 20 million, not to mention the billions of phones, tablets and other consumer electronics, all of which get their energy from lithium ion batteries. That means that resources and recycling are becoming a problem. But now, FINALLY, the industrial world has responded. And it’s responding fast!
